- Which regions do you ship to?
Currently, we only provide shipping services within the United States. We do not currently support international shipping or delivery to regions outside the U.S.
- How long does it take for an order to ship?
Once payment for an order is successfully processed, it is typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional events, or under special circumstances.
- How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping within the U.S. is estimated to take 3–7 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address, weather conditions, carrier schedules, or other uncontrollable factors.
- How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page based on the order total, item quantity, and shipping address. Free shipping may be offered during certain promotional periods; please refer to the specific event details on the website for eligibility.
- Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, please contact us as soon as possible to request a change to your shipping information. If the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.
- How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, the system will send a shipping notification and tracking information to the email address you provided. You may also log in to your account to check your order’s delivery status.
- What should I do if my items are damaged during transit?
If you receive items that are damaged during transit, have damaged packaging, or are missing items, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide your order number and relevant photos, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
- Can I cancel an order?
You may request to cancel an order provided it has not yet entered the processing or shipping stage. Once an order has entered the shipping process, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.
- Can weather conditions affect your aromatherapy products?
Some aromatherapy products (such as scented candles, essential oils, and related items) may undergo slight changes due to exposure to high or low temperatures, or the shipping environment—for instance, softening, solidifying, or changes in appearance. These changes typically do not affect the product’s functionality; however, if you encounter any significant quality issues, please contact us.
- Can I place an order from outside the U.S.?
Currently, our website’s shipping coverage is limited to addresses within the United States. All orders require a valid U.S. shipping address; we do not currently support international freight forwarding services or direct overseas shipping.
